These terms explain use of the Christo Industries Pty Ltd website and project-upload service. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Enquiries, estimates and appointments
Website enquiries and plan uploads are requests for review. They do not themselves confirm availability, an appointment, a price or acceptance of work. Appointment requests require confirmation from our team. Any indicative estimate must be read with its stated assumptions. A formal quotation and any resulting agreement are governed by their stated scope, acceptance requirements, terms and applicable law.
The quote builder is a preparation tool. Amounts depend on the information and rates entered. A saved or printed draft must be checked and issued by an authorised representative before it is provided as a business quotation.
Plans and other files
Only upload material you own or have permission to share, including the personal information of other people. You retain ownership of your material. You permit Christo Industries and the service providers and project personnel needed to handle your enquiry to store, reproduce and review it for assessment, quoting and any subsequently agreed project work.
Uploading does not authorise publication of your drawings or photographs for marketing. Do not upload malicious, unlawful or unrelated material. Accepted formats and size limits are shown on the upload page. Uploading is complete only when the website displays a successful receipt and reference number; contact us if you receive an error.
Assessment and project documentation
Quoting from supplied documents depends on the accuracy, completeness and version of that information. Please identify revisions and supply the relevant schedules and specifications. If documents change, ask us to confirm whether the scope or price needs review. A site assessment or further information may be needed before a final quotation can be prepared.
Submitting drawings is not a request for, or confirmation of, structural design, engineering, building approval or certification. Specified fire-rated systems are installed to the nominated project documentation and manufacturer requirements; this website does not represent that Christo Industries independently designs, engineers or certifies those systems.
Privacy and website information
Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy notice. Service descriptions provide general information; the agreed project documentation determines the particular work to be carried out. Photographs should not be treated as confirmation that a particular product, system or specification is appropriate for another project.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these website terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable Victorian legislation. These website terms do not replace a building contract or required project-specific documentation.
